What we collect

When you book a visit online: your name, phone number, email address, the address and postcode we’re visiting, who the appointment is for, and anything you choose to tell us in the notes. When you send a message: your name, how to contact you and your message.

Why we use it

To arrange and carry out your appointment, to contact you about it, and to reply to your messages. We rely on taking steps at your request before providing a service, and on your explicit consent for anything you tell us about your health.

Who sees it

Only Pure Ear Clear. The website is hosted in the UK by OakFox Limited, which stores the details for us and doesn’t use them for anything else. We never sell your details or use them for marketing.

How long we keep it

Online booking details are deleted automatically 12 months after the appointment. Messages are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to have them corrected or deleted, or object to how we use them. Contact us using the details above. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie, which keeps the booking and message forms secure. It is deleted when you close your browser. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
